Sales and Warehouse Hall Kružík Kroměříž

At the beginning of April 2024, we completed, entirely without defects, a retail and prefabricated warehouse hall in Kroměříž for the company Kružík s.r.o. The hall is designed as a classic frame structure. The prefabricated hall serves as a retail and storage space for rent. The hall includes administrative facilities with offices. Our company prepared the implementation project for this building, including the foundations. The investor has a clear vision of the appearance of their halls, with the cladding and infills designed in anthracite color and the sheet metal elements in black. We built the hall in 21 working days.

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: retail and warehouse hall for rent

Color: anthracite RAL 7016 and black 9005

  • Structure – Steel frame structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1,
  • Metalwork elements – Glass canopies with stainless steel rods, fire escape ladder with dry riser
  • Roof – Sandwich mineral panel KS1000 RW 140mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3
  • Walls – Cladding made of sandwich PIR panel - thickness 120mm (KS1000 NF thickness 120mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the Materials/Sandwich panels section.
  • Partition – Fire-rated, made of mineral panel, thickness 100mm, EW/EI 15 DP1
  • Windows and shopfronts – As per elevations + shopfronts 5.0x2.9m + 3.0x2.9m, 2 pcs
  • Doors – Emergency doors: 1.1x2.1m, 2 pcs
  • Gates – Sectional gates 3.1x4.1m, 2 pcs
