Warehouse hall with administrative facilities BAUER Logistic Cheb

At the end of 2023, we completed a completely defect-free prefabricated warehouse hall in Cheb for Bauer Logistic s.r.o., with dimensions of 30 x 55 m and a parapet height of 8.2 m, with a clear height under the truss of 6.5 m. The company is engaged in freight forwarding and the transportation of goods using its own fleet. The hall is designed as a warehouse with administrative facilities of 9.0 x 2.5 m per floor.

This prefabricated hall serves as the company’s dispatch warehouse for its customers, to whom it transports goods. Due to the intended use, there were high requirements for fire resistance, so that the entire hall meets a fire resistance of 30 minutes. The roof is designed to accommodate photovoltaic panels.

The hall includes a built-in area for company management and warehouse facilities. It is equipped with hydraulic docks that facilitate the loading and unloading of trucks.

• Structure – reinforced concrete structure without crane runway, with fixed columns, fire resistance R 30 DP1
• Metalwork elements – fire escape ladder with dry riser 10 m, 1 pc
• Roof – built-up Combi roof, thickness 200 mm. The roof price includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
• Walls – cladding made of sandwich panels – thickness 100 mm (KS1000 TL, thickness 100 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich panels.
• Windows – plastic windows: 2.0 x 1.25 m and as per elevations
• Doors – plastic doors: 1.1 x 2.1 m, 4 pcs with panic handle + 1.1 x 2.1 m, 2 pcs without panic handle
• Gates – sectional gates 3.1 x 3.0 m with hydraulic docks 6 t, 3 pcs, and 3.1 x 3.0 m, 1 pc
• Docks – hydraulic dock with 6 t capacity, with folding lip and sealing collars
• Skylight – arched, with polycarbonate and ventilation including wind/rain sensor, 3.5 x 3.0 m, 1 pc and 3.5 x 18.0 m, 2 pcs
