While masonry buildings can take months or even years to construct, prefabricated halls can be erected in just a few weeks. This also supports the growth of your business. If you decide to expand not only your storage space, you can do it with prefabricated halls almost at the snap of a finger.
On top of that, you will save a lot of money. While a masonry hall including the foundation and flooring can cost more than CZK 4,000/m3, we can build you a prefabricated hall for half the price. The money you save can then be invested in further business development.

Basic Technical Specifications
The key element of our prefabricated halls is high-quality steel. Thanks to the flexibility and high load-bearing capacity of the structure (over 25 tons), we can offer halls in various sizes. We start at 12x24m, which is a total of 288 m2 of built-up area. However, you can also choose a much larger hall with dimensions of 30x60m and a total built-up area of 14,400 m2. If needed, we can adjust the dimensions to your requirements.
Types of Prefabricated Hall Structures
- Frame type – a structure made of load-bearing frames and support modules. It offers significant cost savings and a solid foundation for future expansion.
- Truss type – based on truss beams made from welded tubular profiles. Thanks to the bracing system, these are suitable not only for sports facilities.
- Arch type – lower weight and costs, mainly because no additional concrete work is needed. A simple and elegant structure.
Types of Cladding for Prefabricated Halls
For the best appearance and protection, we use sandwich panels. Panels with a mineral core are characterized by long lifespan, a wide range of uses, and above all, excellent fire properties. For better insulation, we choose a PIR core. The choice of materials for construction depends on fire safety requirements.
Accessories and Equipment for Prefabricated Halls
You can equip your prefabricated hall with a wide range of interesting accessories. We are happy to accommodate your needs and tailor the final building to your requirements. We can provide gates or doors in various designs. How about quality insulation that, combined with photovoltaic panels, creates a virtually maintenance-free building? It’s up to you and your project, which will guide us during implementation.
Construction Speed of Prefabricated Halls
Prefabricated halls stand out mainly because of how quickly they can be built. Of course, it depends on the size of the hall you want. For some smaller buildings, we can hand over the keys to you in just a few weeks. The larger the building, the longer it will take. However, we usually manage to complete the entire project in less than three months for hall-only delivery, and for general delivery of a prefabricated hall, we can complete construction of a medium-sized project within half a year.
Price of a Prefabricated Hall
Our current offer includes six types of prefabricated halls. Their prices start at CZK 2,118,000. Depending on the size and your requirements, we can build a hall for several to tens of millions. The price of a prefabricated hall is mainly determined by the investor’s specifications. You can find a detailed price for each hall based on visualization in the hall price list. Administrative Halls
Administrative buildings represent one of the most elegant types of prefabricated halls. These are dominant structures that immediately attract attention not only with their striking aesthetic features, but above all with their extensive glass panels or their colorfulness.
Administrative buildings are most often connected to warehouse or production areas, which gives the hall a unified appearance and, above all, provides comfort thanks to the interconnection of individual workplaces. This unification also naturally brings more economically advantageous conditions (cost savings) for the construction of a prefabricated hall compared to the construction of a separate administrative building.
Car Showrooms, Service Centers, Car Washes, and MOT Stations
Motor vehicle service centers, and especially car showrooms, can be considered the jewels of prefabricated halls. They impress with their distinctive appearance, which is further enhanced by clean lines. Thanks to the large glass surfaces combined with other prominent features and the interplay of colors, they create a very attractive impression.
Motor vehicle service centers and MOT stations are based on the concept of production and industrial halls. This type of prefabricated hall is characterized by a larger number of sectional doors and also by the flexibility of the interior spaces.
