Our Story
In life, we should focus mainly on what we enjoy and what interests us. We should devote ourselves to things we find meaningful. For us, that is our work in the field of prefabricated halls.
We are a young team with a passion for work. We pride ourselves on our extensive experience, which our employees have been gaining in the field of prefabricated halls for many years. Our motto is a commitment to deliver honest and high-quality work. We are a turnkey supplier of prefabricated halls and we cooperate only with the best subcontractors on the market. We do not stand still – we are able to adapt. We will be a reliable partner for you as well.
Our Team
Our company currently employs around 20 staff members of various professions. We have our own design, production, and assembly teams led by experienced site managers.
Commercial and Economic Department
The heart of our company is the economic and production information system Helios, in which we manage all agendas from orders to project statistics and costs in production as well as for individual projects. The business is managed by experienced sales managers Ing. Petr Dostál and Ing. Tomáš Peremský, who have many years of experience in the field of prefabricated hall construction. Purchasing, invoicing, and company support, including health and safety and ISO, are ensured and maintained by Ing. Martina Kyselicová.
Design
Our company handles design work in-house, thanks to Ing. Lucie Zbranková or with the help of external collaborators. We provide everything from visualizations, design work to structural analysis and production documentation. We work with ZW CAD and TEKLA Structures software. These programs ensure flawless preparation for both production and assembly.
Production
We have our own production of steel structures in Kroměříž in two halls, managed by about ten people under the leadership of Vladislav Šima. Our employees have all necessary qualifications and the company itself holds the required certificates for the production of steel structures:
- ISO 9001:2015 Certificate – Quality Management System
- EN ISO 3834-2:2021 Certificate of Conformity of Production Management – for the production of steel structures, metalworking
- EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Certificate – execution of steel structures for construction
- EN 1090-2:2018 Certificate – for the management of production of construction steel structures. Halls and their accessories.
Assembly
We have our own assembly teams led by managing director Petr Münster, who, together with site manager Kamil Zbranek, ensures the smooth progress of assembly and the actual implementation. Our site managers ensure communication between investors, suppliers, subcontractors, and oversee the quality of the work performed. They have gradually worked their way up from assembler to chief assembler, and therefore, during project implementation, they can promptly advise on any technical issues. The assembly teams have built dozens of halls.
Our Work
Our goal is quality workmanship on the construction site, which leads to a satisfied customer. In order for this to happen, the preparation of the project itself is often even more important. We cooperate with top structural engineers and are able to design anything from steel structures or reinforced concrete structures, their combination, or we can also incorporate wooden elements into the building.
For project preparation, we use the most modern software in the field, we are in constant contact with our partners and suppliers, and we transfer our experience with prefabricated buildings to our customers. The foundation of every building is the idea. The idea of what the hall is supposed to be used for and what it should look like. And you have to give us this idea. We will then combine our experience with your possibilities and design a fully functional and highly aesthetic prefabricated hall at reasonable financial costs. For a small fee, we will create a 3D visualization for you when choosing cladding and design, which you can then present to your business partners. We will also prepare the construction part for documentation for building or zoning permits, including the structural analysis of the structure or foundations. Our goal is to make the process from the customer’s initial idea through implementation to final approval and, of course, use of the building as easy and fast as possible. The essence lies in the details of the hall, to which we pay maximum attention. This helps us prevent problems in the future and minimize complaints.
