Warehouse Hall in Chotějovice | PROMO HALY

At the end of January 2026, we completed a prefabricated warehouse hall for the company ČEPS Invest in Chotějovice. The building, measuring 11 × 24.4 m with an eaves height of 5.53 m, serves as a spare parts warehouse. The hall was designed as a classic steel frame structure with an integrated crane track for a bridge crane with a load capacity of 5 tons, which enables safe handling of heavier components and technological units.

ČEPS Invest is a subsidiary of the Czech transmission system operator ČEPS, a.s. It focuses on the supply and implementation of equipment for the power industry, especially in the field of substations and very high voltage lines.

The construction of the hall was preceded by the dismantling of the original distribution technology that was located on the site. This technology was subsequently sent to Ukraine as material aid. The new building was thus constructed on a prepared plot and expanded the company's storage capacity for the operation and maintenance of power equipment.
