Reconstruction of the T-Assets Branky warehouse hall

In June 2025, we completed the reconstruction of the perimeter wall, including the roof, of the original reinforced concrete structure in Brankách near Valašské Meziříčí. The reconstruction was very demanding due to the imperfect flatness of the original reinforced concrete structure, which we had to level and supplement with auxiliary steel structures. The hall is part of the original agricultural area, which is undergoing a complete revitalization. The hall is intended for rent.

Color: combination of 5 colors from anthracite RAL 7016 to white RAL 9010.

• Construction– original  reinforced concrete construction , fire-resistant resistance R 30 DP1 with full panel roof and preparation for crane runway
• Metalwork elements- auxiliary structures for lifting out sheets, fire-resistant galvanized ladder with protective basket, exit platform and drywall 1 pc
• Roof - concrete panel, EPS 100 100 mm thick, sikaplan foil 1.5 mm
• Walls - Cladding from sandwich PIR panel - fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3 colored combination of RAL 9016, RAL 7012, RAL 7040, RAL 7047, RAL 9010. More about the panels is in the section Materials/Sandwich panels.
• Doors- plastic, anthracite color; RAL 7016 1.1 x 2.1 m 2 pcs
• Windows- anthracite color; RAL 7016 according to views

• Retaining system - for the roof of the hall, anchor eyes and steel rope allowing safe movement over the entire roof area
