Uninsulated warehouse hall KOBE Hodonice

At the end of August 2023, we completed a fully assembled uninsulated storage hall, including a bicycle shelter, in Hodonice near Znojmo for the company KOBE-cz s.r.o. The company is engaged in the production of nonwoven textiles using the thermobonding method from natural materials (cotton, wool, jute, hemp, flax, paper, wood), synthetic materials (PES, PP, bicomponent fiber), as well as glass fiber, mainly for the construction, furniture, and automotive industries. Currently, they are producing large quantities of insulation from hemp fibers, which are suitable for building insulation.

The hall measures 10.9 x 85.1 m and has a height of 5.1 m at the eaves. The uninsulated hall is part of the production facility and serves as an auxiliary warehouse. The structure is galvanized and supplemented with a METSEC system of purlins and rails. The roof and walls are made of trapezoidal sheet metal, which ensures that no water leaks into the hall. The delivery also included doors, a fire protection curtain, and protective frames at the original building.

The delivery also included a bicycle shelter measuring 4.5 x 11.4 m, which is clad with polycarbonate on the walls and has a trapezoidal sheet metal roof.
