Plastic and aluminum windows and doors for prefabricated halls
PLASTIC AND ALUMINIUM WINDOWS
Windows play an important role in ventilating and lighting the entire prefabricated hall, and moreover, their correct selection can have a significant impact on the safety of the hall and its thermal insulation. Doors, gates, and especially windows contribute to the overall design and appearance of the building, particularly in administrative buildings and car showrooms through extensive glazed panels.
For prefabricated halls, plastic or aluminium windows and doors are most commonly used. These reduce lighting costs and, thanks to suitable colour adaptation, create a significant aesthetic element of the prefabricated hall. This type of window and door can be supplied in any width and height, and you can also choose from a wide range of colours, in RAL shades or wood imitation. Of course, it is possible to have different colours for the interior and exterior, allowing the windows to match the overall design of the hall.
Our window and door suppliers manufacture their products from high-quality PVC material, which gives them excellent thermal insulation properties, resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions. With a suitable combination of insulating glass, thermal insulation values can reach up to Uw = 0.73 W/m2K depending on the profile type. Other advantages of plastic windows and doors include their easy maintenance, security, controlled air circulation, colour fastness, and long service life.
Profiles from a height of 70 cm are reinforced with the necessary hot-dip galvanized steel reinforcement. The excellent utility properties of the windows are achieved thanks to MACO fittings, which allow the window to be fixed in up to 4 different positions, thus guaranteeing an ideal indoor climate in the hall. If required, windows can be supplied with higher security fittings, which prevent intrusion.
On request, we can supply fittings with increased security, which prevent entry into the building by forceful manipulation of the fittings. A wide range of glass types ensures your requirements for thermal and sound insulation are met.
PLASTIC AND ALUMINUM DOORS
Doors are among the most heavily used infills installed in halls, which is why it is important to pay increased attention to them. For prefabricated halls, plastic doors are most commonly used. Just like with windows, these feature a high-quality plastic frame with a special reinforcement that ensures maximum strength of the door leaf. Together with the arrangement of the space between the glass panes, they guarantee excellent thermal and sound insulation. The hardware ensures easy handling of the doors, can be made with increased load capacity, and offers several levels of security, thus protecting against forced entry. All doors are manufactured according to customer requirements and, just like windows, can be made not only of plastic but also aluminum. Our door subcontractors use only high-quality aluminum thresholds with a thermal break, and if the customer wishes, the doors can be installed on a special base profile, which provides perfect interruption of the thermal bridge under the door threshold.
