Production hall with canteen ALTECH Uherské Hradiště

In mid-May 2023, we completed, entirely without defects, a two-storey prefabricated production hall together with a company canteen for ALTECH s.r.o. Uherské Hradiště, with dimensions of 40x40 m and a parapet height of 9.2 m. The clear height on the ground floor under the truss is 4.5 m, and on the first floor it is 3.5 m. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory equipment for people with disabilities, with more than 30 years of tradition, and also offers high-quality and advanced solutions for overcoming barriers in both the private and commercial sectors.

This prefabricated hall, after full completion, will serve as an assembly and completion workshop from September 2023. Part of the first floor contains full facilities for the canteen, with a company kitchen for 250 employees, sanitary facilities, and an outdoor terrace. Due to the intended use, there were high requirements for fire resistance, so that the entire hall meets a fire resistance of 30 minutes. In the future, photovoltaic panels are planned for the roof.

The hall includes several staircases, an external emergency staircase, many skylights, light tubes, a fire ladder, etc. It is also equipped with sectional doors that facilitate handling, as well as one sectional door on the first floor with a safety barrier for stocking materials to the first floor.

• Structure – reinforced concrete structure with 2 floors, supplemented by SPIROLY without crane track, with fixed columns, fire resistance R 30 DP1
• Metalwork elements – fire ladder with dry riser 10m 1pc, emergency staircases 2pcs, safety barrier
• Roof – Combi roof, built-up, thickness 260mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 1160/250/0,75-0,88, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
• Walls – Cladding made of sandwich PIR panel - thickness 120mm (KS1000 NF thickness 120mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3) and also mineral sandwich panel - thickness 150mm (KS1000 FR thickness 150mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP1). • Windows and doors – Plastic windows as per elevations and emergency doors: 1.1x2.1m 5pcs, of which one is fire-resistant EW 30DP3
• Gates – Sectional gates on the 1st floor 4.0x3.3m 4pcs and on the 2nd floor 2.3x2.8m 1pc
• Skylights – dome-shaped 1.1x1.1m 11pcs and 1.0x2.0m 21pcs, some of which are openable, and in the canteen area fire-resistant with wired glass
• Light tubes – circular, diameter 800mm, 4pcs
