Production and Storage Hall in Karviná | PROMO HALY

At the end of June 2026, we completed and handed over a modern prefabricated insulated hall in Karviná, which will serve as production and storage facilities for a construction company. The building was designed with an emphasis on efficient integration of production and storage processes, high operational reliability, and long structural lifespan.

The hall is equipped with an overhead crane track with a load capacity of 10 tons, which enables safe and efficient handling of materials and products throughout the entire space. Thanks to the combination of high-quality insulated cladding, sufficient natural lighting, and modern technical features, the hall offers a comfortable working environment and low operating costs.

A distinctive architectural feature of the building is its color scheme, which sets it apart from standard industrial buildings and gives it a modern appearance. The implementation included the complete delivery of the steel structure, cladding, infill elements, sheet metal components, and installation of the crane track.

The new hall in Karviná confirms that prefabricated industrial buildings represent a fast, economical, and technically advanced solution for both production and storage operations, and are able to meet the demanding requirements of modern industrial companies.

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: production and storage hall

Color: green RAL 6018, anthracite RAL 7016, and grey RAL 7035

  • Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1.
  • Crane track – overhead crane track with a load capacity of 10 t for handling materials and products.
  • Roof – roof cladding made of Kingspan PIR sandwich panels KS1000 RW, thickness 120 mm, fire resistance RE 30 DP3, including complete sheet metal finishing and drainage.
  • Walls – cladding made of Balex PIR sandwich panels, thickness 120 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3. For more about the panels, see the Materials / Sandwich panels section.
  • Sheet metal components – roof edging, cladding of infill elements, square gutters and downpipes including complete drainage of the building.
  • Plastic windows and doors – windows measuring 4.0 × 1.25 m, 10 pcs; doors with lowered threshold and panic lock.
  • Gates – sectional gates 5.1 × 4.5 m, total 2 pcs
