Burgr Freezer like a Cow Starý Kolín
At the end of April 2023, we completed a fully prefabricated storage hall in Starý Kolín for the company BURGR JAKO KRÁVA s.r.o. The company is engaged in the production of semi-finished products for fast-foods, stalls, or restaurants. They mainly produce their own dressings, minced and pulled meat, as well as six types of flavor-balanced burgers.
The hall is part of the production facility and serves as a freezer for semi-finished products. The steel structure system was chosen so that the 160mm thick PIR panel cladding is installed from the inside of the structure, resulting in smooth walls suitable for food processing operations or storage. The structure is painted and supplemented with a system of METSEC purlins and ceiling beams. Trapezoidal sheet metal is used on the roof and walls to ensure that no water leaks into the freezer. The floor consists of trapezoidal sheet metal with two layers of 15mm water-resistant OSB boards designed for loads up to 1.5t/m2.

- Floor – trapezoidal sheet 55/250/0.75 + 2x 15mm water-resistant OSB board
