Roof sandwich panels excel in long service life, a wide range of applications, and above all excellent thermal properties, especially with a PIR/IPN core. The thickness of sandwich panels is available in a wide range from 40 mm up to 160 mm for the highest quality insulation. The supplier Kingspan also offers a special Quadcore core, which is about 15% better (U = W/m2*K) than standard IPN panels. Compared to mineral core panels, they have up to 100% better thermal properties.

Panel lengths are produced in limited sizes, from 2 to 13.5 m, and up to 22.5 m for oversized panels.
Sheet thickness used: Exterior 0.5 mm / Interior 0.4 mm.
Profiling is T (trapezoidal - 3 waves) / interior profiling according to manufacturer Kingspan or Balex Metal.
Colours are according to manufacturer Kingspan and Balex Metal.
