Cladding of the brick-built administrative hall Kružík Kroměříž

At the end of January 2024, we completed the full reconstruction and insulation of a masonry hall for the company Kružík s.r.o. in Kroměříž Kotojedy.

The masonry building was constructed in the 1980s and no longer met the parameters of modern requirements, both in terms of insulation for prefabricated halls and appearance. The investor needed to quickly renovate the hall in order to rent out the premises and use them for his other company, FMK motorized s.r.o., as soon as possible. To speed up the process, he installed the wall panels himself. The professional parts, such as the roof, cladding details with sheet metal, as well as tinsmith finishing, gutters, and downpipes, were installed by our company. The most challenging part was the tinsmith finishing of the windows, as the windows were not installed flush with the façade and each tinsmith element had to be individually measured, manufactured, and then installed in position.
