Wall panels with PIR/IPN core

KS1000/1150 NF panels are wall insulation panels with exposed fixing, featuring an IPN or QuadCore™ insulation core. They are especially suitable for cladding the external walls of all types of buildings, and can also be used for internal partitions and suspended ceilings. For wall applications, you can choose between horizontal and vertical panel installation. These panels offer excellent properties, especially in terms of thermal insulation. The panels are factory-fitted with sealing tapes on both the exterior and interior sides of the longitudinal joint.

Thickness of sandwich panels is available in a wide range from 80 mm to 200 mm for the highest quality insulation.

Panel lengths are produced from 1.85 to 12.5 m; up to 120 mm thickness and 1.85 to 14.5 m (18 m oversized).

Sheet thickness used: Exterior 0.6 mm / Interior 0.4 mm.

Profiling is Exterior: M; Q; B; E; W and Interior Profiling: Q; D.

BALEXTHERM PIR-PLUS 1000/1050 (PU-W-PLUS) panels are wall insulation panels with hidden fastening, featuring a PIR or PUR insulation core. The rigid polyurethane foam core provides excellent thermal insulation for buildings. These properties are guaranteed by a thermal conductivity coefficient λ = 0.022, which cannot be achieved by panels with a polystyrene or mineral wool core. Hidden fastening means that the panel joints are invisible, which improves the aesthetic value of the building. They are especially suitable for cladding buildings. For wall applications, it is possible to choose vertical installation of the panels. The panels are supplied in thicknesses from 120 to 200 mm and offer good fire resistance.
