We typically deliver only the upper structure of the hall, i.e., the construction, roof and wall cladding, fillings of openings such as windows, gates, doors, skylights. The hall is completely finished with sheet metal work. We provide a detailed itemized budget for this part of the construction. The total costs of the hall are very hard to determine if the investor does not have complete project documentation. It depends on the terrain complexity, distance of utility networks, internal technological equipment of the hall, etc. A very rough estimate is that total costs are around two to three times the cost of the upper structure we supply.

We cooperate with a team of designers who can meet with the investor together with us, discuss their idea of the hall, and then prepare the project documentation for building permit.

The investor can model the hall on our website using the hall configurator. This is an initial idea of the hall which the investor then sends us as a request. If this simple visualization is not enough, we can provide professional visualization including placing the hall directly into the terrain where it will stand. This service is charged.

After the investor contacts us with a request (by phone, email, via the request form or using the hall configurator on our website), we contact the investor by phone. We try to clarify their idea of the hall as much as possible. Then we prepare a price offer. If the offer interests the investor, usually a personal meeting follows. At the meeting, we review the price offer together and explain technical details. The next step is either design work on the hall or signing the contract for delivery.

We build halls from an area of about 180 m² upwards. For really small constructions like garages or smaller terraces or pergolas, this type of construction is not efficient for us and it is usually more advantageous for the investor to contact companies specialized in these constructions.

Yes, we perform hall reconstructions. Whether it is replacement of the roof or wall sandwich panels or modifications to the hall structure. For reconstruction, it is always necessary to assess whether it is more efficient than building a new hall.

No. There are various subsidy programs in the field of hall construction. These mainly concern agricultural buildings or reconstructions. However, due to capacity reasons and the complexity of administrative tasks, we do not provide subsidy handling services for investors.

No price offer is valid indefinitely, of course. Fortunately, material prices on the market are relatively stable nowadays. The offer is valid for about a quarter of a year. If we sign a contract with the investor and know the exact construction date, we can secure some materials in advance and maintain the price.

We offer both types of hall structures. The deciding factor for the choice of structure type is the required fire resistance, which is stated in the fire safety solution of the hall – PBŘ. Fire resistance is set based on the building's intended use. We naturally advise the investor on the initial design of the structure. If the hall can be designed with either a steel structure or a concrete one, we consider financial costs and always choose the more advantageous option for the investor.
