Administrative and Sales Hall Foxel Ostrava
In mid-July 2023, we completed, entirely without defects, an administrative and sales hall for the company FOXEL Elektro s.r.o. in Ostrava, with dimensions of 25x35m and a parapet height of 7.7m. The clear height on the ground floor under the truss is 3.0m, and on the first floor it is 2.7m. The company FOXEL elektro s.r.o. has been operating on the market since 2011. It was established by transforming the sole proprietorship Petr Přeček PP elektro, which had been engaged in the sale of electrical installation materials since 1996. Since 2017, the company has been ISO 9001:2015 certified for the activity of trading cable accessories and spare parts for machines and equipment.
This prefabricated hall, after its full completion in December 2023, will serve as an administrative and sales hall for a foreign investor. On the ground floor, there will be a shop with warehouses, and on the first floor, there will be offices for the company's employees.
HALL PARAMETERS:

Color: Anthracite RAL 7016 and Red RAL 3000
- Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1 on the first floor,
- Metalwork elements – fire escape ladder with dry riser 10m 1pc, full internal staircase
- Design features – entrance alubond frame, 2 glass canopies on stainless steel rods
- Roof – Combi roof, built-up, thickness 260mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.88-1.25, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls – Cladding made of PIR sandwich panel – thickness 120mm (KS1000 NF thickness 120mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3) and also mineral sandwich panel – thickness 175mm (KS1000 FR thickness 175mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP1).
