Warehouse and Service Hall Ploužnice near Ralsko

In November 2025, we completed and handed over an insulated prefabricated hall in Ploužnice near Ralsko. The building, with a floor plan of 17.0 × 20.0 m, was designed as a multipurpose hall, which, upon completion of the entire complex, will primarily serve as a service facility and garage for construction machinery. At the same time, it will provide space for storing the investor’s materials and equipment.

The hall is located in the cadastral area of Ploužnice in the former Ralsko military zone, which in recent years has been gradually revitalized and is finding new uses for business and technical operations. One of the main requirements of the investor was the sensitive integration of the building into the surrounding environment. Thanks to a carefully chosen color scheme and a combination of shades inspired by the surrounding landscape, we managed to create a structure that naturally blends into the greenery and does not disrupt the character of the locality.

Our delivery included the complete load-bearing steel structure, roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels, sheet metal elements, and all infills for openings. Thanks to the use of modern PIR panels, the building meets the requirements for high-quality thermal insulation while also offering sufficient durability for the daily operation of a service and storage hall.

• Sheet metal elements – square gutters, downpipes DN 120 mm (4 pcs), and complete roof edging.
• Windows – plastic windows in various size variants, total 14 pcs.
• Doors – plastic doors with lowered threshold and panic lock, size 1.1 × 2.1 m, 2 pcs.
• Gates – sectional gates with glazed section and integrated doors, size 4.1 × 4.5 m, 2 pcs.
