Production hall with administration KT TECH Valašské Meziříčí

In September 2024, we completed and handed over a prefabricated hall in Valašské Meziříčí for the company KT TECH, which specializes in machining parts from technical plastics. The hall measures 12.5 x 59.0 m, with an eaves height of 4.45 m for the production area and 6.54 m for the administrative section. The gable roof has a pitch of 15°. The hall is located in the Hrachovec industrial area and expands the investor’s existing production capacities. The ground floor of the hall is designed for production. The part of the hall with an upper floor serves as the company’s administrative facilities with offices.

• Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1. In the administrative section, fire resistance is provided by fire-resistant plasterboard cladding. The steel structure of the upper floor includes trapezoidal sheet metal with a staircase. Prepared for concrete pouring.
• Roof – PIR panel Kingspan RW thickness 120 mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3
• Wall – PIR panel Balex 1000 thickness 100 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3
• Windows and doors – white plastic, dimensions according to elevations
