Warehouse hall in Horní Lomany near Františkovy Lázně

In October 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall to the investor in Šteklův mlýn near Františkovy Lázně. The building, with a floor plan of 10.0 × 20.0 m, was designed as a multipurpose hall intended for the investor’s private use, primarily for the storage of machinery and technical equipment. From the very beginning of the project, emphasis was placed on adhering to the maximum external dimensions of the building—10 × 20 meters—which was one of the investor’s key requirements.

For this project, our company prepared a complete structural and fire safety calculation of the load-bearing structure and also designed the building’s foundations. Thanks to this, it was possible to optimize the structural solution of the hall with regard to the required dimensions, future use of the building, and cost-effectiveness of the implementation.

The structure of the building was also designed with provisions for the possible future installation of photovoltaic panels, which will allow the investor to expand the building with their own electricity source in the future. The assembly of the superstructure on the foundations prepared by the investor proceeded without complications and was completed within three weeks.

The delivery included a complete steel structure, roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels, sheet metal elements, and infills for openings. The result is a modern warehouse hall with high-quality thermal insulation properties and the possibility of further development according to the investor’s future needs.
