Production hall in Smiřice near Hradec Králové

At the end of May 2024, we completed and handed over, without defects, an administrative and production hall in Smiřice for Kuchyně Cepl. The building, with a footprint of 10.0 × 25.0 m and an eaves height of 3.6 m, was designed as a facility for custom furniture production, including administrative spaces. The new hall has enabled the investor to expand production capacities and create a modern operation that meets the requirements of contemporary carpentry production.

The investor of the project is Kuchyně Cepl, a company specializing in custom furniture production and installation. The company focuses primarily on the production of kitchens, built-in wardrobes, and interior furnishings made to measure according to individual customer requirements. The new building provides sufficient production, storage, and administrative facilities for further company development and increased production capacity.

Architecturally, the building stands out with a combination of anthracite and light grey sandwich panels, giving the hall a modern and representative appearance. The structure was also designed with preparation for the future installation of photovoltaic panels, which will allow the investor to reduce the energy demands of the operation in the coming years.

Our delivery included the complete steel structure, roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels, and all infills for openings. The result is a modern production facility that meets the requirements for efficient operation of a carpentry workshop and administrative facilities.

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: administrative production hall for custom furniture manufacturing

Color: combination of RAL 7016 anthracite and RAL 9002 light grey

  • Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1, prepared for future installation of photovoltaic panels with a load of 25 kg/m2.
  • Roof – roof PIR panels thickness 160 mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3.
  • Facade – facade PIR panels thickness 100 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3.
  • Gates – sectional gates size 4.1 × 2.7 m, 2 pcs.
  • Windows – plastic windows according to the drawing documentation.
  • Doors – plastic doors size 1.1 × 2.1 m, 2 pcs.
  • Skylight – none.
