Steel structures manufacturing
Steel structures are manufactured based on production documentation created in the TEKLA model by our own designers or based on production documentation provided by the customer. The drawing documentation is approved by the investor when signing the contract or agreed upon during the creation of the documentation. All inspection activities, dimensional and NDT checks are ensured in all production processes by our own qualified staff. Our company holds a quality management system Certificate ISO 9001:2015 and also all certificates for the production and assembly of steel structures – Certificate of conformity of production management EN ISO 3834-2:2021.
Production documentation in TEKLA software
Our company works with TEKLA Structures, which ensures flawless preparation for the production of steel structures as well as assembly documentation for the installation of the steel structure on site. Our designer first models the hall in 3D, including all details, and then generates lists, cutting plans, files for burning, and the actual part drawings. After completing the production part, the designer then generates assembly sets and, if necessary, details. Communication with investors is possible via model previews through IFC files, which can be opened using Trimble Connect.
Steel structure production
The actual production begins after the delivery of cut parts and steel material according to the lists. First, the steel material is cut to the required lengths and angles, then our certified welders assemble the individual elements according to the workshop documentation, and then weld the parts according to the documentation, which specifies the types and thicknesses of welds. After visual and dimensional inspection (NDT), the parts go for painting and then the labeled parts are sent to the construction site.

Our specialties include coatings for steel structures, sandwich panels, flat folded roofs with membrane, and skylights, light tubes, and daylighting. Everything is custom-made. Quality and ISO certificates are our standard.
