Price list of prefabricated halls

Price of Prefabricated Halls

Determining the price has many specifics that need to be taken into account when setting the price of a prefabricated hall.

The price of prefabricated halls is influenced by the following parameters:

  • Location of the construction – The location is related to the snow zone and the associated load on the supporting structure.
  • Terrain – The price differs for construction in open countryside compared to a built-up area, again related to the statics of the hall. Furthermore, the flatness of the land affects the price of the substructure of the prefabricated hall.
  • Type of insulation or cladding – The type of cladding has probably the greatest impact on the price; the thickness of insulation, PIR or mineral panels on the roof, or foils also affect the price of the project.
  • Regularity of the prefabricated building – The more regular the building, the lower the price of the project.
  • Design elements of prefabricated halls – Parapets, shelters, louvers, and other elements have a significant impact on the price of the hall.
  • Fillings – gates, windows, doors, skylights
  • Technology – Overhead cranes, photovoltaics on the roof, and other technologies increase the price of the prefabricated hall.

You can find a more detailed description of each factor in the article in the news sectionHow much do prefabricated halls cost.

Why Choose a Prefabricated Hall from Us?

A prefabricated hall has several advantages over traditional permanent building structures. However, an important aspect when choosing a prefabricated hall from us is the approach of our sales representatives, which is based on establishing a partnership between contractor and client. The sales representative’s task is to discuss all technical details and propose the investor the optimal solution in terms of price/performance ratio.

Below are some of the main reasons to build prefabricated halls with us:

  • Speed of construction – a prefabricated hall is built faster than traditional buildings. The structure and cladding are manufactured and then assembled on site. This means the construction time is shorter and the project can be completed sooner.
  • Flexibility – a prefabricated hall is modular and can be easily expanded or rebuilt according to the user’s needs. If the company’s requirements change, the hall can be easily modified to meet new demands.
  • Good price – Since the prefabricated hall is designed exactly according to our customer’s needs and our sales representative, together with the designer and structural engineer, seeks the optimal solution, our price is very favorable.
  • Wide range of uses – A prefabricated hall from our company is suitable for various purposes, such as storage spaces, production areas, sports halls, exhibition spaces, and many others.
  • Fixed price – After specifying the parameters of the prefabricated hall, our sales representative will present the final calculation together with the contract. The price remains unchanged throughout the entire implementation.
  • We adapt to your needs – We are able to deliver a turnkey prefabricated hall, or just the hall itself without additional trades. Trust us – we build on references.

For these reasons, prefabricated halls from our company are becoming the right choice for investors who need a fast, flexible, and affordable prefabricated hall for their business.

How are our prefabricated halls different from the competition?

A prefabricated hall from our company PROMO HALY s.r.o. differs from the competition mainly in the approach of our sales representatives, in preparation, and in the actual implementation. Our company is medium-sized with up to 30 employees, and we emphasize a personal style of communication and, above all, solving all problems at the very beginning of the project and during the construction of the prefabricated hall. Our sales representatives always study each new project they receive from investors and then propose solutions in various areas of construction.

Project optimization by our sales representatives:

  • Building foundation – we propose recalculation of the foundations and the base of the prefabricated hall, including the floor inside the hall.
  • Type of structure – we design halls ranging from simple ones to logistics centers. Depending on the type of fire load, we propose a prefabricated hall with a steel structure or with a PREFA reinforced concrete structure. Everything depends on the fire load.
  • Insulation – we propose optimal insulation and cladding for the prefabricated hall. We have experience with insulation for car showrooms, production, storage, freezers, or cold rooms. We optimize insulation both on the roof and on the walls of the prefabricated halls.
  • Openings infill – we discuss with the investor what they expect from the building and propose a logistical and functional solution for the building, e.g. sectional doors with integrated entry, high-speed doors, fire shutters, and for windows, the shape and number of windows suitable for a particular type of building.

Another difference lies in the speed and simplicity of construction of the halls we design. A prefabricated hall from our company is designed in such a way that it allows construction within a few weeks. An important aspect of construction speed is the preparedness of the construction site and a reinforced access road.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the total costs of the hall?

We typically deliver only the upper structure of the hall, i.e., the construction, roof and wall cladding, fillings of openings such as windows, gates, doors, skylights. The hall is completely finished with sheet metal work. We provide a detailed itemized budget for this part of the construction. The total costs of the hall are very hard to determine if the investor does not have complete project documentation. It depends on the terrain complexity, distance of utility networks, internal technological equipment of the hall, etc. A very rough estimate is that total costs are around two to three times the cost of the upper structure we supply.

Do you provide a visualization of the hall with the price offer?

The investor can model the hall on our website using the hall configurator. This is an initial idea of the hall which the investor then sends us as a request. If this simple visualization is not enough, we can provide professional visualization including placing the hall directly into the terrain where it will stand. This service is charged.

How long is the price offer valid?

No price offer is valid indefinitely, of course. Fortunately, material prices on the market are relatively stable nowadays. The offer is valid for about a quarter of a year. If we sign a contract with the investor and know the exact construction date, we can secure some materials in advance and maintain the price.

Is it possible to combine concrete and steel structures?

Of course. Concrete structures serve as the primary load-bearing structure, supplemented by steel elements such as lintels for gates, windows, doors. It is also possible to divide the hall concept into a concrete part and a steel part. It depends on fire resistance requirements of the structure. For example, an administrative part can be attached to a storage part, where steel is more advantageous.

Are prefabricated halls cost-effective compared to traditional buildings?

Prefabricated halls have their advantages over traditional buildings. One of them is that in most cases they are more cost-effective. Especially for large halls, this difference is significant. Generally, halls with an area over 200 m2 are more economical to build as prefabricated structures.

What are the main advantages of prefabricated halls compared to traditional buildings?

The main advantages are the speed of construction and cost savings.

What should you not skimp on when building a hall?

It is definitely not worth skimping on quality cladding with very good thermal insulation properties. It is also necessary to carefully plan the internal layout of the hall and consider possible future expansions.

Which items most affect the cost of building a prefabricated hall?

The cost of the hall is greatly influenced by the fire safety design of the hall. This determines the fire resistance of the structure and its cladding, as well as the materials used materials.
