Production and storage hall with a 3.2t overhead crane Chytil Otrokovice

At the beginning of May 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Otrokovice for the company Kalírna Chytil. The hall will serve as a storage and production hall with a 3.2t overhead crane. The company specializes in thermal and thermo-chemical treatment of metals. For this purpose, the company has gradually acquired computer-controlled lines for carburizing, hardening, and tempering with batch capacities from 50 to 350 kg per cycle, and for nitriding with a batch capacity of up to 500 kg. In addition to these automated devices, the company operates salt baths for both hardening and tempering, as well as for carbonitriding (TENIFER QPQ).
