Administrative and Production Hall of Lambert Elektronics in Staré Město

At the end of 2024, we completed the cladding of an administrative and production prefabricated hall in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště for the company LAMBERT LEKTRONICS, with dimensions of 27.5 x 30.1 m and a parapet height of 8.2 m, with a clear height under the truss of 6.5 m. Since 2009, the company has been engaged in the development, production, and assembly of printed circuit boards of the highest European quality, as well as electronics manufacturing. The company has a production capacity of up to 2 million PCB units per year. The prefabricated hall is designed and built with an emphasis on modern technologies and will fully replace the company’s outdated premises. The hall is designed as a multi-storey building, with the administrative section reaching a parapet height of 12.5 m and three floors, and the production section with a parapet height of 10.0 m and two floors. The hall also includes two additional attached structures: a compressor room measuring 7.4 x 6.0 m and a KARDEX storage system spanning two floors with dimensions of 3.0 x 3.0 m.

Our delivery included complete cladding, including infill of openings and locksmith products, all supplied and installed for the general contractor, PS – MSI.

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: production hall with administrative facilities

Color: anthracite RAL 7016

• Structure – reinforced concrete structure without crane track with fixed columns, fire resistance R 30 DP1 – GD delivery
• Locksmith elements – fire ladders with dry riser 10 m 1 pc, 4.8 m 1 pc, and 3.5 m 1 pc, sheet metal canopies above gates, and glass canopies above the glazed entrance
• Roof – Combi roof, built-up, thickness 260 mm. The roof composition includes trapezoidal sheet 150/290/0.88, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
• Walls – cladding from sandwich panels – thickness 150 mm (KS1000 NF thickness 150 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the Materials/Sandwich panels section.
• Windows – plastic windows: 2.5 x 1.37 m and as per elevations
• Showcases – aluminum windows with doors: 5.2 x 3.67 m and 4.25 x 3.67 m 1 pc
• Doors – aluminum doors: 1.1 x 2.1 m 2 pcs with panic handle
• Gates – sectional gates 2.6 x 2.5 m and 2.1 x 2.5 m 1 pc with integrated doors,
             2-leaf gates 2.0 x 2.5 m
