Production Hall 21D ALTECH Uherské Hradiště

In February 2026, we completed a completely defect-free production prefabricated hall in Uherské Hradiště for the company ALTECH. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory equipment for immobile persons with more than 30 years of tradition, and also offers high-quality and advanced solutions for overcoming barriers in both the private and commercial sectors, employing around 500 people. The hall will serve as an assembly workshop and expands hall 21C, built in 2023, by an additional 3,200 m².

• Structure – reinforced concrete structure on 2 floors, supplemented with SPIROLY without crane track with fixed columns, fire resistance R 45 DP1
• Metalwork elements - fire escape ladder with dry riser 10.5m 1 pc
• Roof - COMBI ROOF 280mm, fire resistance RE 30 DP1
• Walls - Facade KS1000 NF thickness 150mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3. KS1000 FR thickness 200mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP1. More about the panels can be found in the Materials/Sandwich panels section.
• Windows and doors - Plastic windows according to views. Emergency exit doors with panic handle and electric lock 1.1 x 2.1m 1 pc, fire doors with panic handle 1.1 x 2.1m 3 pcs
• Gates - Sectional gates 4.0 x 3.3 m 4 pcs, fire-resistant roller shutter 4.0 x 3.3 m 3 pcs, high-speed gates internal foil 2.4 x 2.8 m with light strip
• Skylight – dome: 2.0 x 2.0 m 15 pcs, some are openable or fixed
