Warehouse hall with an integrated office for the warehouse manager

In May 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will be used to store finished concrete products. We completed the 18.1 × 36.4 m building, including the partition wall and cladding, in 13 working days. The hall includes a partition wall made of mineral wool panels and a built-in office for the warehouse operator. 

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: Warehouse hall

Colour: RAL 9002 (grey white), RAL 9010 (white) 

  • Structure: The structure consists of a steel structure with an R 15 DP1 fire resistance rating. It includes a galvanised fire ladder with a dry riser and an access platform.
  • Roof: The roof cladding consists of a 140 mm thick PIR panel with an RE 15 DP3 fire resistance rating.
  • Wall: The front section and gable ends are clad with 1100 mm wide and 120 mm thick PIR panels with an EW/EI 15 DP3 fire resistance rating. The rear section and the gable end facing the neighbouring building are clad with 1100 mm wide and 175 mm thick mineral wool panels with an EW/EI 15 DP1 fire resistance rating. The hall also includes a mineral wool partition wall.
  • Windows: 4 plastic windows measuring 3.0 × 1.1 m
  • Doors: 3 all-aluminium doors with panic locks, measuring 1.1 × 2.1 m.
  • Gate: sectional gate measuring 3.1 × 4.2 m.
  • Skylights: None
