BM plus warehouse hall Holešov

At the end of June 2022, we completed a completely defect-free prefabricated warehouse hall in Holešov for BM plus s.r.o., with dimensions of 20x84 m and a parapet height of 8.2 m, with a clear height under the truss of 6.0 m. The company is engaged in paper processing and produces a wide range of toilet products for households and industry.

This prefabricated hall, once fully completed, will serve as one of the company’s many dispatch warehouses from September. Due to its intended use, there were high requirements for fire resistance, so that the entire hall meets a fire resistance of 30 minutes. In the future, photovoltaic panels are planned for the roof.

The hall includes a built-in area for the warehouse worker, as well as a covered handling ramp 6x6 m with an access platform, which we also supplied. Hydraulic bridges are included, making loading and unloading of trucks easier.

• Structure – reinforced concrete structure without crane track with fixed columns, fire resistance R 30 DP1
• Metalwork elements – fire escape ladder with dry riser 10m 2 pcs, emergency staircase 3 pcs, covered ramp
• Roof – Combi roof, built-up roof, thickness 220mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
• Walls – Cladding made of sandwich panels - thickness 120mm (KS1000 NF thickness 120mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich panels.
• Windows and doors – Plastic windows: 5.0x1.0m 14 pcs and Doors: 1.1x2.1m 4 pcs, of which one is fire-resistant EW 30DP3
• Gates – Sectional gates 3.0x3.0m with hydraulic bridges 6t 3 pcs and 2.5x2.7m 1 pc
• Bridges – hydraulic bridge with a load capacity of 6t with a folding lip and sealing flaps
