Extensions of the BM plus production hall in Holešov

As of June 2024, we have completed the extension of a production prefabricated hall in Holešov for BM plus. The project involved three smaller extensions with dimensions of 25.1 x 7.5 m, 12.6 x 6.4 m, and cladding of an existing structure of 12.6 x 6.4 m. All extensions have the same height of 4.0 m. The company is engaged in paper processing and produces a wide range of toilet products for households and industry.

These prefabricated halls serve as new space for the production of industrial napkins. Due to the intended use, there were high requirements for fire resistance so that the entire hall meets a fire resistance of 15 minutes.

Our company was involved from the beginning in the project for the building permit and in the preparation of the implementation documentation. The extensions were quite complex to realize due to the connection to existing buildings. The most complicated was the extension with dimensions of 12.6 x 6.4 m, where the original hall was partially dismantled, new frames were manufactured, and the original gable with cladding was returned to its original place, including the gates and windows. Finally, all extensions were painted on site in the company’s orange color RAL 2011.
