Reconstruction of the SPECTRA Vizovice administrative hall

At the end of 2024, we completed a full reconstruction of the administrative hall for the company SPECTRA Vizovice, which is engaged in the development, production, and sale of chemical products for industry.

The hall previously served as a warehouse with facilities that no longer met modern standards. First, we renovated the roof envelope, replacing the original aluminum roof with PIR roof panels. In the next phase, we completely modified the unsatisfactory mezzanine structure and adjusted it to new dimensions, including the delivery of a new staircase. The final phase was the most demanding, involving the replacement of the original cladding with mineral panels, installation of new aluminum windows and doors, and the addition of sectional doors of the highest possible quality. The cladding also included a canopy above the doors and an Alubond entrance.
