SP PROFIL Production Hall Cvrčovice

In December 2024, we completed and handed over a prefabricated hall in Cvrčovice for the company SP PROFIL, which specializes in the production of roofing elements and accessories for terrace coverings, green roofs, and facades in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The product range includes everything needed for flat roof systems. The structure is a frame type measuring 15.0 x 60.0 m with an eaves height of 4.3 m and prepared for PV panels with a load of 20 kg/m².

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: production hall

Color: silver RAL 9006 and anthracite RAL 7016

• Structure – Steel frame structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1,
• Metalwork elements – 2 pcs fire escape ladders with dry riser and exit platform
• Roof – Sandwich PIR panel Balex 160 mm, fire resistance EW 15 DP3
• Walls – Cladding made of Balex sandwich PIR panel - thickness 160 mm (fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the Materials/Sandwich panels section.
• Windows – color RAL 7016, plastic, double glazing, size 5.0 x 1 m, 10 pcs
• Doors – Emergency exit door including panic hardware, color RAL 7016, size 1.1 x 2.1 m, 1 pc
• Gates – Sectional gates color RAL 7016 including 1 glazed section (1x including integrated door with panic hardware and lowered threshold), 4.1 x 3.5 m, 2 pcs
