Warehouse hall Pneuservis Dužík Ostrava
In August 2022, we completed a prefabricated warehouse hall in Ostrava for Pneuservis Dužík, completely without defects. The company offers a full tire service for passenger and commercial vehicles (including SUVs and OFFROAD). They sell and store tires of all sizes and brands for customers, including inner tubes and accessories.
The warehouse hall measures 22x22m with a height of 6.8m at the parapet.
The hall is unique in that it is built on the original reinforced concrete frame, which previously served as a 50m tower for the nearby deep mine Důl Petra Bezruče. The existing reinforced concrete structure is octagonal in shape, and a steel truss structure with fire resistance has been designed on top of it. The coating used is a standard polyurethane 100 microns for corrosive environment C2, which is typical for warehouses. Due to the high fire load, a mineral panel with fire resistance EW/EI 60 DP1 is used on the wall, and the roof is a built-up system with a membrane in the Combiroof 220mm configuration. Openings are fitted with sectional doors and doors. During the project preparation, we created visualizations for the investor to match the hall with the company buildings.

Color: silver RAL 9006 and anthracite RAL 7016
- Structure – reinforced concrete structure combined with a steel truss structure, fire resistance R 30 DP1
- Roof – Built-up roof Combi roof, thickness 200mm. The roof price includes trapezoidal sheet 55/250/0.75, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal work, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls – Cladding made of sandwich mineral panel – thickness 150mm (Bakextherm M, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP1). More about the panels can be found in the Materials/Sandwich panels section.
- Doors – Door: 1.1x2.1m emergency exit, 1 pc
- Gate – Sectional gate 5.0x4.5m with light-transmitting sections and integrated door, 1 pc
