Production hall with Vinařství Ludwig technology

At the end of April 2023, we completed a fully manufactured assembly hall in Němčičky in South Moravia for the company Vinařství Ludwig s.r.o. The winery processes grapes and produces wine under its own Ludwig brand.

The hall is built into the original complex of production and storage halls for wine processing. The new hall will be used for technology to process grape pomace, from which nano fibers will be produced through a complex process. The hall is connected to the existing space by sectional doors. The most complicated part was designing the new structure and connecting everything to the existing cladding, including drainage. The delivery also included a parapet gutter lined with foil and the addition of cladding to the existing shelter. Ventilation is provided by an intake grille and a self-rotating LOMANCO turbine.
