Warehouse for Turpil Garden and Forestry Equipment in Třinec
In January 2024, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall in Třinec free of defects. The hall will serve as a warehouse and service facility for a company engaged in the sale and servicing of garden and forestry equipment through an online store. The red and light silver cladding reflects the investor's corporate colors. The roof structure is also prepared for the future installation of photovoltaic panels.
HALL PARAMETERS:
Purpose: warehouse hall
Color: RAL 9006 (light silver) and RAL 3000 (red)
- Structure: steel structure with R 15 DP1 fire resistance, designed to accommodate the installation of photovoltaic panels with a load of 15 kg/m².
- Roof: The roof cladding consists of a 100 mm thick KS1000 RW PIR panel with RE 15 DP3 fire resistance and 45/333/0.75 trapezoidal sheet metal.
- Wall: The wall cladding consists of a KS1000 NF PIR panel, 1000 mm wide and 100 mm thick, with EW/EI 15 DP3 fire resistance.
- Windows: 4 plastic windows measuring 3.0 × 1.0 m.
- Door: Plastic door measuring 1.5 × 2.1 m.
- Gate: Sectional gate with one glazed section, measuring 3.6 × 3.3 m.
- Skylights: None.
