Warehouse Hall VESELÝ GRUNT Janová | PROMO HALY

In April 2024, we completed and handed over a prefabricated warehouse hall in Janová near Vsetín without any defects for the company Veselý Grunt s.r.o.. The building, with a floor plan of 18.0 × 24.0 m and an eaves height of 6.2 m, was designed as warehouse facilities to meet the investor’s needs and to expand the capacity of their production site.

The investor of the project was Veselý Grunt s.r.o., a company specializing in the production and sale of traditional fruit spirits, brandies, liqueurs, and fruit preserves. The company continues a long-standing tradition of fruit growing and processing in the Valašsko region. The new warehouse hall will enable more efficient storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, and will provide suitable facilities for further development of the company.

One of the investor’s requirements was to create a building that would be visually distinctive while respecting the character of the surrounding environment. The result is an unmistakable combination of green shades with ivory, which clearly distinguishes the hall from standard industrial buildings. The structure is also prepared for the future installation of photovoltaic panels, which will allow the investor to reduce the energy demands of operation in the next stages.

Our delivery included the complete load-bearing steel structure, roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels, and all infills for openings. Thanks to the use of PIR panels, the building meets the requirements for high-quality thermal insulation properties and provides suitable conditions for storing products and materials.
