Warehouse hall of metallurgical material Tritreg Třinec

At the end of March 2023, we completed a fully defect-free prefabricated warehouse hall in Třinec for the company TRITREG Třinec s.r.o. The hall is double-naved with two 5t overhead cranes and an unusual height of 11.8m. The hall will be used mainly for storing steel wires and products made from them. The hall is connected to the existing production hall and is linked by sectional doors with a fire protection curtain EW30.

The hall includes a built-in area for the warehouseman, as well as a covered canopy 2x12m. Sectional doors are installed in each part of the hall. Daylighting is provided by windows in every module.

• Metalwork elements – fire escape ladder with dry riser 13m 1pc, canopy above the door 2.0x12m
• Roof – sandwich PIR panel KS1000 RW thickness 120mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3

• Windows and doors – Plastic windows: 5.0x1.15m 17pcs and Doors: 1.1x2.1m 3pcs, of which one is fire-resistant EW 30DP3
• Doors – Sectional doors: 5.5x5.5m 2pcs and 3.8x3.5m 1pc
• Fire protection measures – fire protection curtain EW 30DP1 3.8x3.5m 1pc
