Dobeš Metalworking Production Hall Zlín

At the end of 2023, we completed a prefabricated hall in Zlín Lůžkovice for the company Marek Dobeš. The hall measures 15.3 x 54.5 m, with an eaves height of 6.9 m. The hall will serve as a production hall with a 5t overhead crane and a lifting height of 4.8 m. The company is engaged in the production of industrial and garden gates and wickets, fence posts, as well as scaffolding trestles and door frames. Surface treatments are carried out in their own modern powder coating plant. For the pre-treatment of painted parts, the investor has a blasting machine with throwing wheels. The new hall will mainly serve the growing needs of metal production. The project includes preparation of the structure for PV panels on the roof.
