Colors of sandwich panels
The colors of sandwich panels create the final effect on every prefabricated hall. The colors differ in shade according to the RAL color chart and according to the thickness of the final paint layer, and are subsequently divided by type of paint according to the corrosive environment into PES and PUR.
Each manufacturer has their own specific range of colors.
Basically, all panel manufacturers offer these colors according to the RAL color chart:
- RAL 9010,
- RAL 9002,
- RAL 9006,
- RAL 9007,
- RAL 3000,
- RAL 7016.
For each type of panel, only a specific color can be used apart from the basic ones. The colors are divided according to the type of surface finish and corrosive environment. Special surfaces are also available to order.
RAL colors by manufacturer and corrosive environment:
- KINGSPAN - Polyester (PES) 25 μm - intended for corrosive conditions C1-C3, warranty up to 5 years
- KINGSPAN - Polyurethane (PUR) 50 μm - intended for demanding conditions, warranty up to 10 years
- BALEX - Polyester (PES) 25 μm - intended for corrosive conditions C1-C3, warranty up to 5 years
- BALEX - Polyurethane (PUR) 55 μm - intended for demanding conditions, warranty up to 10 years
