Administrative and Warehouse Hall RegioJet Malešice

At the beginning of September 2023, we completed without defects in 15 calendar days an administrative and storage prefabricated hall in Malešice, Prague, for the company RegioJet a.s. The company is well known in the Czech Republic. The yellow RegioJet trains have started a revolution on the rails. RegioJet trains provide regular rail transport on routes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They offer passengers above-standard comfort, customer-oriented service, and tickets at the best prices. RegioJet maintains a high standard of services on its trains – customers can expect luxuriously and comfortably equipped trainsets, perfect service from stewards and stewardesses, and selected drinks, newspapers, and magazines for free. The hall will serve as a facility for RegioJet trains, where food and semi-finished products for passenger refreshments will be stored.

The hall has a size of 14 x 26.6 m with a mezzanine; part of it will be used as facilities for the company with social amenities, and the rest of the hall will be a warehouse. An administrative section made from UNImodules will be connected to the hall at the mezzanine level, where the rest of the company’s administrative area will be located.
