Reconstruction of the Jindřich Kovač Hall, Týn nad Vltavou
At the end of June 2023, we completed the full reconstruction and insulation of the hall for the private investor Ing Jindřich Kovač.
The hall previously served as garages for military equipment in the barracks complex in Týn nad Vltavou. The investor bought the hall and is gradually renovating it. The delivery included complete insulation and replacement of all doors and windows to achieve better thermal properties of the hall. The roof structure was also reinforced to support PV panels with a capacity of 9.9 kW, which will cover the consumption of the hall, which is mainly used for rental to up to 7 tenants. Each tenant has an area of 180 m2 with 2 sectional doors.
