Administrative and Service Hall for Commercial Vehicles
In mid-July 2024, we completed and handed over, without defects, an administrative-service hall in Třinec for the company PS Trans Český Těšín s.r.o.. The building, with a floor plan of 10.7 × 21.0 m and an eaves height of 5.2 m, was designed as a service and operational facility for trucks, which form the core of the investor’s business activities.
The investor of the project was PS Trans Český Těšín s.r.o., a company long engaged in domestic and international truck transport and related logistics services. With the growing demands on the operation of its vehicle fleet, the need arose to build its own modern service and administrative facilities, enabling more efficient vehicle management, maintenance, and providing the necessary amenities for the company’s employees.
The new hall combines a service area for truck maintenance with the company’s administrative facilities. At the same time, the load-bearing structure was designed with preparation for the future installation of photovoltaic panels, which will allow the investor to increase the building’s energy self-sufficiency and reduce operating costs in the coming years.
Our delivery included the complete steel structure, insulated roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels, and all infills for openings. The result is a modern operational building that meets current requirements for truck servicing and the daily operation of a transport company.
HALL PARAMETERS:
Purpose: administrative and service hall for trucks
Color: combination of RAL 9007 silver and RAL 7016 anthracite
- Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1, prepared for future installation of photovoltaic panels with a load capacity of 25 kg/m2.
- Roof – roof PIR panels thickness 120 mm, fire resistance RE 15 DP3.
- Walls – wall PIR panels thickness 120 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3.
- Gates – sectional gates with integrated entrance, size 4.1 × 4.3 m, 2 pcs.
- Windows – plastic windows according to the drawing documentation.
- Doors – plastic doors, size 1.1 × 2.1 m, 2 pcs.
- Skylight – none.
