Bus and Truck Service Hall ČSAD Přerov

At the end of 2022, we completed a prefabricated hall in Přerov for the company ČSAD Ostrava a.s. The hall serves as a service facility for trucks and buses. The company is engaged in freight and bus transport. This prefabricated hall, after its full completion in April 2023, serves as an assembly and service workshop. The hall also includes a built-in mezzanine for technicians. The delivery included the structure, facade, and infill of openings.

The hall also contains a fall arrest system, fire ladder, and staircase.

• Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1
• Metalwork elements - fire ladder with dry riser 10m 1pc, staircase 1pc
• Roof - Combi roof, built-up, thickness 260mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.88, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
• Facade - Facade made of PIR sandwich panel - thickness 120mm (KS1000 NF thickness 120mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3) and also mineral sandwich panel - thickness 150mm (KS1000 FR thickness 150mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP1). • Windows and doors - Plastic windows as per elevations and emergency exit door: 1.1x2.1m 1pc
• Gates - Sectional gates 4.0x4.5m with integrated doors 5pcs
• Skylights – Dome skylights:  1.0x2.0m  8pcs
• Fall arrest system - against falling from height with stainless steel cable around the perimeter
