Sales and Service Hall of Motorcycles MVDILY Zašová
At the end of June 2024, we completed a prefabricated hall in Zašová near Valašské Meziříčí for the company MVDÍLY Jaroslav Chumchal. The hall serves as a sales hall with a service area for JAWA motorcycles and ATVs. The company specializes in the renovation of motorcycles and the sale of spare parts for JAWA vintage vehicles. The prefabricated hall includes offices and social facilities with a warehouse. The dominant feature of the hall is the protruding canopies above the glazed shop windows.
The hall also includes a fire ladder and preparation for PV panels.
HALL PARAMETERS:
Purpose: shop and motorcycle service
Color: anthracite RAL 7016
- Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1
- Metalwork elements - fire ladder with dry riser 7 m 1 pc, roofing 1.5 x 18.0 m and 1.5 x 24.0 m
- Roof - Combi roof, built-up, thickness 260 mm. The price of the roof includes trapezoidal sheet 150/280/0.88, thermal insulation, waterproofing (membrane), sheet metal finishing, fasteners, and downpipes to floor level.
- Walls - Cladding from sandwich PIR panels - thickness 150 mm (KS1000 NF thickness 150 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3). More about the panels can be found in the section Materials/Sandwich panels.
- Windows and doors - Plastic windows according to views and emergency doors: 1.1 x 2.1 m 2 pcs
- Showcases - aluminum facade windows with safety glass
- Gates - Sectional gates 3.1 x 3.0 m 2 pcs
