Agricultural hall - stable Kunějovice near Plzeň

In July 2025, we completed and handed over an agricultural hall in Horní Bělá near Kunějovice. The hall, with a floor plan of 26.75 x 72.15 m, a ridge height of 8.58 m, and a roof pitch of 20°, will serve as a fattening barn for bulls. Up to 177 head of cattle will be housed here in total. The structure of the hall meets the requirement for high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. At the same time, it is health-safe and suitable for agricultural livestock production. The hall is part of an agricultural complex that is undergoing reconstruction and overall modernization. The roof of the hall is covered with trapezoidal sheet metal with an anti-condensation surface treatment, complemented by skylight strips made of fiberglass laminate. A ridge ventilation slot is, of course, included.

• Structure – steel structure, fire resistance R 15 DP1, RAL 9002
• Roof – trapezoidal sheet TR 55 / 250 / 0.7 mm anti-condensation layer, color RAL 6011 green, tinsmith finishing, connecting material and downpipes to floor level.
• Walls – northern wall – monolithic concrete. Southern wall – HAZE ventilation roller system. Gable walls are designed with wooden beam cladding.
• Gates – the hall will be fitted on the gable sides with automatic tarpaulin rolling gates HAZE 4.0 x 4.0 m 4 pcs and 3.5 x 3.5 m 2 pcs.
• Other technologies – the new stable will be equipped with fencing technology and watering technology. The fencing technology is designed for 6 pens with dimensions of 12.5 x 12 m. For watering, each pen will be equipped with a single stainless steel heated drinking trough.
