At the end of March and the beginning of April 2024, we handed over several projects for completion or use to our customers.

Among the most interesting and demanding halls is undoubtedly the administrative hall in Chropyně for the company X Shift Gearboxes, which we built over almost 9 months. We were not only the supplier of the hall and cladding, but also delivered design elements such as sunshades, canopies, staircases, a glass elevator, aluminum interior sliding automatic doors, interior glass partitions, and aluminum interior and exterior doors. The hall also includes two HS portals, both in the interior and exterior.

Another successful project is the sales and warehouse hall for the company Kružík in Kroměříž. We built the hall in a record time of 4 weeks. This hall is intended for lease.

The most distant hall we handed over during this period is the hall for private investor Jiří Borovka. The service and sales hall is built in the village of Hůry near České Budějovice and will serve as a sales and service prefabricated hall. The investor was very satisfied with our work and enthusiastic approach and recommended our company to several other investors, with whom we are already finalizing contracts. We built the hall in just under 5 weeks.

The last hall is the facilities for the construction company SIST Trading in Přerov. The hall will serve as administrative facilities and a material warehouse for the construction company. We built the hall in just under 4 weeks.

We have handed over the production hall near Mělník

In July 2026, we completed a prefabricated production hall near Mělník. The hall will serve as a production facility with overhead cranes of 8.0 and 20.0 t. The new hall will mainly serve the growing needs of PREFA concrete structure production.

We have handed over the insulated hall in Babice near Šternberk

At the end of July 2026, we completed and handed over a prefabricated insulated hall in Babice near Šternberk. The hall will serve as production and storage facilities for SOIETA-TECH, a manufacturer of stainless steel exhaust systems and other components for the automotive industry with a long-standing tradition.

We have completed the reconstruction of the hall in Radimy

In June 2026, we completed the reconstruction of the fire-damaged hall in Radim. After removing the roof and wall cladding, the entire structure was cleaned and professionally repaired in the damaged areas. Subsequently, we proceeded with the installation of trapezoidal roof sheets, including skylight sections.

We have handed over the production hall in Karviná

At the end of June 2026, we completed and handed over a prefabricated insulated hall with a crane runway in Karviná. The hall will serve as production and storage facilities for a construction company. At first glance, the hall stands out thanks to its distinctive color design.

We have handed over the sports hall in Chropyně

At the beginning of June, we completed the construction of a prefabricated sports hall in Chropyně, designed as a classic frame steel structure with a flat roof. The hall was designed with an emphasis on modern architectural solutions and the long lifespan of the materials used.

Blue is good. And this hall is proof of that.

Last year, we completed a warehouse hall for Horimex in Šternberk. At first glance, it stands out mainly due to its unconventional blue cladding, which distinguishes it from most industrial and warehouse buildings.

We have handed over the production hall in Nedachlebice

At the beginning of May, we completed a fully insulated production hall in Nedachlebice for a private investor. The hall will serve as a carpentry workshop. Our delivery included design work, production and assembly documentation, the steel structure, roof and wall cladding, door and window fillings, and all sheet metal elements.

We have handed over the warehouse hall in Hrabyně near Opava

At the beginning of May 2026, we completed a prefabricated hall in Hrabyně for the company JUNGPLAST. According to the tenant, the hall will serve as a storage or production hall with a 3.2t overhead crane. The new prefabricated hall will be available for rent and its design follows the hall that was built many years ago.

We have handed over a warehouse hall with a mezzanine in Malhostovice near Brno

In April 2026, we completed a turnkey warehouse hall with administrative facilities for a private investor in Malhostovice near Brno. The hall will be used for rental purposes. Our delivery included the steel structure, cladding, door and window fillings, mezzanine structure, partition separating the administrative and warehouse areas, and the staircase.
