At the beginning of June, we completed the construction of a prefabricated sports hall in Chropyně, designed as a classic steel frame structure with a flat roof. The delivery included complete production and assembly documentation, production of the steel structure, cladding of the building, installation of infill elements, and implementation of supplementary structures.

The hall is designed with an emphasis on modern architectural solutions and the long lifespan of the materials used. The project also includes glazed areas, external shading, wooden cladding, and graphic elements on the Facade.

The delivery also included fire ladders with safety cages, a fall arrest system on the roof, and complete sheet metal work for the building.

Purpose: sports hall

Structure:

• Steel structure with fire resistance R15, color RAL 9002

Cladding:

• Roof cladding: PVC membrane thickness 1.5 mm BROOF (t3), Combi Roof thermal insulation thickness 300 mm, fire resistance REI 15 DP1, color RAL 9002
• Wall cladding: KINGSPAN KS1000 NF PIR panel thickness 170 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30/30 DP3, color RAL 7016, 9010 / RAL 9002

Sheet metal elements:

• Rectangular downpipes 150 × 150 mm in RAL 9002
• Internal drainage DN150 including cleaning elements
• Complete sheet metal work for openings, doors, and building details

Infill:

• Aluminium doors with triple glazing and panic hardware, color RAL 7016
• Aluminium doors with solid infill, color RAL 9002
• System glazed Facade with triple glazing, color RAL 7016
• Aluminium windows with motorized control, color RAL 7016
• Sectional doors thickness 40 mm, electric drive, color RAL 9002

Accessories:

• Fire ladders with safety cage and exit platform
• External blinds Z-90 with motorized control
• Glazed canopies above entrances
• ThermoWood wooden cladding with natural finish

Last year, we completed a warehouse hall for Horimex in Šternberk. At first glance, it stands out mainly due to its unconventional blue cladding, which distinguishes it from most industrial and warehouse buildings.

We have handed over the production hall in Nedachlebice

At the beginning of May, we completed a fully insulated production hall in Nedachlebice for a private investor. The hall will serve as a carpentry workshop. Our delivery included design work, production and assembly documentation, the steel structure, roof and wall cladding, door and window fillings, and all sheet metal elements.

We have handed over the warehouse hall in Hrabyně near Opava

At the beginning of May 2026, we completed a prefabricated hall in Hrabyně for the company JUNGPLAST. According to the tenant, the hall will serve as a storage or production hall with a 3.2t overhead crane. The new prefabricated hall will be available for rent and its design follows the hall that was built many years ago.

We have handed over a warehouse hall with a mezzanine in Malhostovice near Brno

In April 2026, we completed a turnkey warehouse hall with administrative facilities for a private investor in Malhostovice near Brno. The hall will be used for rental purposes. Our delivery included the steel structure, cladding, door and window fillings, mezzanine structure, partition separating the administrative and warehouse areas, and the staircase.

We have handed over the production and storage hall near Mělník

In April 2026, we completed a prefabricated hall near Mělník. The hall will serve as a production and storage hall with three overhead cranes, each with a capacity of 3.2 t. The new hall will mainly serve the growing needs of PREFA concrete structure production.

We have handed over the BM plus napkin production hall in Holešov

At the beginning of April 2026, we completed the construction of a prefabricated production hall for the company BM Plus in Holešov. The building is designed as a classic frame structure with a mono-pitched roof.

We have handed over the production hall 21D Altech in Uherské Hradiště

In February 2026, we completed the construction of a prefabricated hall with a reinforced concrete structure in Uherské Hradiště for the company ALTECH. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory devices for immobile persons with more than 30 years of tradition.

We handed over the construction of two halls in one building in Sedliště in Silesia

In mid-March 2026, we completed and handed over two halls connected into one building. The single-story section is intended for production and storage for the investor FM Metal s.r.o. The two-story section will serve as administrative facilities and a showroom.

We have handed over the two-storey administrative extension in Štěpánkovice

At the beginning of March 2026, we handed over a small two-storey administrative extension, which will help to further develop the office facilities of R.A. servis in Štěpánkovice. The extension, located on the edge of the property with difficult access, was built while the adjacent hall remained in continuous operation.
