In September 2026, we completed and handed over a prefabricated production hall for SALU Systems in Jablunkov. The new insulated office-production hall, measuring 30.2 × 60.4 m, expands SALU Systems’ production facilities.
SALU Systems is a Czech family-owned company that has specialised in the production of aluminium components for the furniture industry since 2003. Its main products include sliding furniture fittings, aluminium frames, handles, table bases, and other components for furniture manufacturers and interior design solutions. The company’s headquarters and production facilities are located in Jablunkov.
Our scope of supply included production and assembly documentation, the steel structure, roof and wall cladding, internal partitions, the mezzanine structure, sectional doors, and fabricated metalwork. The structure of the prefabricated production hall is also designed to accommodate an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5.0 t. Our scope of supply included a 54.0 m long crane runway in one bay.

- Roof cladding: KINGSPAN KS1000 RW sandwich panel, 120 mm thick, with an IPN core, U = 0.19 W/m²K, fire resistance REI 20 DP3 / RE 30 DP3, BROOF(t3)
- Wall cladding: KINGSPAN KS1150 NF sandwich panel, 100 mm thick, with an IPN core, U = 0.22 W/m²K, fire resistance EW/EI 15 DP3, colour RAL 9006/9006
- Internal partition: KINGSPAN KS1150 FR K-Roc mineral wool panel, 100 mm thick, U = 0.41 W/m²K, Rw = 32 dB, fire resistance EW/EI 45/45 DP1, colour RAL 9002/9002
- the PROMO HALY scope of supply included sheet-metal flashing around openings as specified in the project

- Sectional doors, 4.88 × 4.5 m – 2 units, 40 mm thick, anthracite RAL 7016
- doors without integrated personnel doors or glazed sections
- GFA 380 V industrial electric drive
- windows and doors installed in prepared openings in accordance with the project documentation
