In August 2026, we commenced construction of the SO2 winter housing superstructure as part of the Vlkov Farm Modernisation project in Drahotěšice for the general contractor W&W STAVBY s.r.o.

For this project, our company supplied the main steel structure, galvanised METSEC Z-purlins, and trapezoidal sheet roof cladding, including anti-condensation fleece.

Both the design and construction proceeded without complications, and the hall was handed over within 2 weeks of commencing work.

HALL PARAMETERS:

Purpose: Winter housing

Dimensions: 17.4 x 25.3 m
Eaves height: 5.34 m
Roof pitch: 15°
Roof type: gable roof with a ventilation overlap
Hall type: uninsulated

Structure:

steel structure, RAL 9002 (grey white), without fire resistance
Purlins – galvanised thin-walled METSEC profiles, without fire resistance

Other structures and accessories:

Snow guards – sheet metal element
Preparation for the future installation of roller shutters and doors

Cladding

Roof cladding: TR 50/260/0.75 mm, 25 µm RAL 9002, protective coating + anti-condensation fleece
