We have handed over the renovated hall in Dolní Benešov
In September 2025, we completed the reconstruction of the facade, including the roof of the original steel structure in Dolní Benešov near Ostrava. The hall is located in the original industrial complex, where a complete revitalization of the halls is taking place. This hall is intended for the production of concrete components.
We have handed over a production hall in Švihov near Plzeň.
In June 2025, we completed and handed over a production hall in Švihov near Plzeň to the investor. We built the hall as an extension to the existing brick building, which houses the company MODERNÍ TRUHLÁRNA. The company will expand its premises into the new hall, where intelligent robotic technologies will be installed.
We have handed over the renovated hall in Branky near Valašské Meziříčí
In June 2025, we completed the reconstruction of the envelope, including the roof, of the original reinforced concrete structure in Branky near Valašské Meziříčí. The hall is located in a former agricultural complex that is currently undergoing a complete revitalization.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Grygov
In May 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall in Grygov near Olomouc. The hall will be used as a storage facility for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 18.1 x 36.4 m with an eaves height of 6.0 m.
We have handed over the warehouse hall in Velké Žernoseky
In March 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall near Litoměřice. The hall will serve as a storage facility for finished concrete products. The dimensions of the hall are 12 x 42 m with an eaves height of 12.0 m.
We have handed over the assembled hall Danny Cars
In February 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall with administrative facilities in Březnice near Zlín for the company Danny Cars. The hall will serve as a warehouse with facilities. The dimensions of the hall are 15 x 30 m with an eaves height of 4.25 m.
We have handed over the production hall 22 Altech in Uherské Hradiště
In February 2025, we completed the construction of prefabricated hall no. 22 for 3D printing, including facilities and a helicopter landing pad, in Uherské Hradiště for the company ALTECH. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory equipment for immobile persons, with more than 30 years of tradition.
We have handed over the sports hall - athletics tunnel in Třebíč
At the beginning of February 2025, we successfully completed and handed over the hall in Třebíč to the general contractor, Sport Construction. After its completion in May 2025, it will serve the athletics club TJ Spartak Třebíč as a modern training facility. The hall, measuring 15.3 × 113.8 m, offers ideal conditions for various athletic disciplines.
We have handed over the warehouse hall Borovka Hůry near České Budějovice
In January 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse hall in Hůry for a private investor. The hall will serve as storage facilities for the investor. The dimensions of the hall are 15 x 30 m with an eaves height of 5.1 m.
We carried out a fit-out in the existing hall for LKQ Trnava Slovakia
In Trnava, Slovakia, we completed the installation of structures, modifications of existing facades, delivery of new windows, and installation of Cetris boards for the international company LKQ SK s.r.o. before the Christmas holidays of 2024.
We have handed over the SP profile production hall in Cvrčovice
In December 2025, we completed and handed over a production hall for SP PROFIL Cvrčovice. The hall will serve as a production facility for the investor, who specializes in the manufacture of roofing elements and accessories for terrace roofing, green roofs, and façades in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We have handed over the cladding of the original structure of the KLIMEX Přerov service hall.
In December 2024, we completed the reconstruction of the building envelope and structural modifications in Přerov for KLIMEX. The hall will serve as a new service facility for the company, which operates a tool and handling equipment rental service.
