In February 2025, we completed production prefabricated hall no. 22 for 3D printing with facilities and a helicopter parking space in Uherské Hradiště for the company ALTECH. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory devices for immobile persons with more than 30 years of tradition and also offers high-quality and advanced solutions for overcoming barriers in both the private and commercial sectors, employing around 500 people. The hall will serve as a complete assembly workshop for 3D printing, and offices will be located on the 2nd floor. In part of the hall (1/3), there will also be a garage without a floor for the company owner's helicopter. The building is prepared for expansion to 40 x 40 m and for the completion of a floor over the entire area.

PARAMETERS OF THE PRODUCTION HALL:

Purpose: production assembly workshop and helicopter parking

Dimensions: 20 x 40 m
Clear height 1st floor: 3.25 m
Clear height 2nd floor: 3.5 m
Parapet height: 8.0 m

Structure:

Steel structure with a floor made of SPIROLs, 1st floor fire resistance R 45 DP1 – columns covered, 2nd floor R 15 DP1 calculated according to Eurocodes

Fire ladder with dry riser 9.5 m
Protective frame against falling at sectional doors on the 2nd floor
Glass canopy on rods 1.2 x 2.4 m

Roof cladding: COMBI ROOF 280 mm, fire resistance RE 30 DP1
Wall cladding: KS1000 NF thickness 150 mm, fire resistance EW/EI 30 DP3, color RAL 9010 (white) and RAL 5010 (blue)

We have handed over the warehouse hall in Hrabyně near Opava

At the beginning of May 2026, we completed a prefabricated hall in Hrabyně for the company JUNGPLAST. According to the tenant, the hall will serve as a storage or production hall with a 3.2t overhead crane. The new prefabricated hall will be available for rent and its design follows the hall that was built many years ago.

We have handed over a warehouse hall with a mezzanine in Malhostovice near Brno

In April 2026, we completed a turnkey warehouse hall with administrative facilities for a private investor in Malhostovice near Brno. The hall will be used for rental purposes. Our delivery included the steel structure, cladding, door and window fillings, mezzanine structure, partition separating the administrative and warehouse areas, and the staircase.

We have handed over the production and storage hall near Mělník

In April 2026, we completed a prefabricated hall near Mělník. The hall will serve as a production and storage hall with three overhead cranes, each with a capacity of 3.2 t. The new hall will mainly serve the growing needs of PREFA concrete structure production.

We have handed over the BM plus napkin production hall in Holešov

At the beginning of April 2026, we completed the construction of a prefabricated production hall for the company BM Plus in Holešov. The building is designed as a classic frame structure with a mono-pitched roof.

We have handed over the production hall 21D Altech in Uherské Hradiště

In February 2026, we completed the construction of a prefabricated hall with a reinforced concrete structure in Uherské Hradiště for the company ALTECH. The company is the largest Czech manufacturer of compensatory devices for immobile persons with more than 30 years of tradition.

We handed over the construction of two halls in one building in Sedliště in Silesia

In mid-March 2026, we completed and handed over two halls connected into one building. The single-story section is intended for production and storage for the investor FM Metal s.r.o. The two-story section will serve as administrative facilities and a showroom.

We have handed over the two-storey administrative extension in Štěpánkovice

At the beginning of March 2026, we handed over a small two-storey administrative extension, which will help to further develop the office facilities of R.A. servis in Štěpánkovice. The extension, located on the edge of the property with difficult access, was built while the adjacent hall remained in continuous operation.

We have handed over the warehouse hall in Horní Počaply

In February 2025, we completed a prefabricated insulated hall, which follows on from previous phases of the reconstruction of an older industrial complex.

We have handed over the hall for the robotic milking parlor in Kozojedy

At the end of February 2026, we completed and handed over to the general contractor W&W STAVBY s.r.o. an agricultural hall for a robotic milking parlor with facilities.
