In March 2025, we completed and handed over a warehouse counter hall near Litoměřice. The hall will serve as a storage hall for finished concrete products on racks with a height of 11 m. The dimensions of the hall are 12 x 42 m with an eaves height of 12.0 m. For the hall, we had to deal with the existing limited space and use the existing reinforced concrete walls to support the columns. The connection to the three existing neighboring halls, which had different heights and roof slopes, was also complicated. The contract also included the solution of roof drainage from one of the existing halls using an inter-roof gutter. We completed the project in 6 weeks.
